Lesley HuntLesley James - Third Party Sales  Manager

Experienced Haz Waste sales professional.  Prior to joining Tradebe Lesley managed the Haz Waste Customer Service team of a major Waste Company for 5-years.  Lesley manages the Key Accounts section of the Business.

Mark holds WAMITAB and CPC qualifications and is an experienced Haz Waste Disposal Site Manager.  With 10 years experience within the disposal and environmental services sector.  Mark provides onsite support/managment of customer Haz Waste Management needs.

Dawn CaineDawn Caine - Customer Relations and Systems Manager

Dawn has been in the Haz Waste Sector since 1989 with experience operating and developing management systems.  Qualified in the Safety & Quaity arena's and with an MBA, Dawn is responsible for the companies ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 management systems

Terry Swaby - Operations Manager - Canvey

Terry is an experienced Operations Manager who joined AWS after 5 years with Veolia Environmental Services Ltd.  Terry has several qualifications within Waste Management and Health & Safety.

Ron Hankin - Operations

Ron is responsible for maintenance & development of Tradebe's equipment at Canvey, an experienced technical operator, he joined AWS after 15 years with Willacy Oil Services.

Regional Business Manager (Dinnington, Sheffield)

Mark Mitchell joined Tradebe on 02/01/07.  Mark joins us after 17-years with Biffa Waste Services where for the last 6-years he has been Site Manager of a Hazardous Waste Transfer Station.  Mark has a range of experience within the Hazardous Waste Market and holds an HNC in applied Science, WAMITAB, NEBOSH, NEBSM and CPC qualifications.

 Commerical and External Affairs Manager

Anne Bishop joined Tradebe on 15/01/07, Anne brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the Hazardous Waste Industry, having worked in a number of senior sales roles within the industry for the last 7-years.  Anne joins us from Augean Plc where she was Technical Sales Manager, with previous experience at Safety Kleen and CSG.

Before entering the Hazardous Waste Sector, Anne spent 9-years with Severn Trent Laboratories.

 

TECHNICAL & ENGINEERING AND COMPLIANCE

Trevor SmithTrevor Smith - Process Engineering 

Trevor is an experienced Chemical Engineer with extensive experience of design, build and operation of Hazardous Waste Treatment Plants.  Project design and build include: - On site waste treatment, chemical treatment, catalytic oxidation, waste shredding and physical separation.

Kay Bird - Compliance & External Audit

The operation of modern treatment & recycling solutions requires a blend of innovations, technical expertise and rigorous assessment of "fitness for purpose".  Kay sits on the advisory board for the company and critics/advises on Innovation and Environmental compliance.  Kay has a BA(hons) in Chemistry and Biology and an MSc in Environmental Pollution Science from Brunel.  Kay has sixteen years experience in the treatment and disposal of hazardous waste and was, for a number of years General Manager - Technical for a major waste company until her retirement in 2004.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

Engineering support is provided by the in-house ISO 9001 accredited design team of Willacy Oil Services.  This team has designed builds and commissioned process plants throughout the world.  Typical packages involve £1m to £2m turn key installations.
