Tradebe the parent company of Advanced Waste Solutions Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of United Utilities Hazardous Waste Businesses.

 

The acquired sites are located in Ellesmere Port, Newport South Wales, Bridgend and Hereford . The new sites complement AWS’s current operations at Sheffield, West Bromwich and Canvey Island , both in terms of geographic coverage and treatment technologies.

The merged businesses will trade from 5pm October 27th as Tradebe Ltd and offer a national coverage for the treatment and recycling of all types of Hazardous Waste.
