Tradebe provide hydrocarbon recovery solutions for intractable liquid, sludges and solids, specifically those failing the recently introduced Waste Acceptance Criteria.

Our objective is to

1. Maximise hydrocarbon recovery and pre-process it to enable effective onward energy recovery.
2. Minimise both the volume of waste going to landfill and the organic content.
3. Recycle inert fractions where possible.
4. Minimise the environmental impact of our processes and their outputs i.e. emissions to atmosphere, leachability and CO2 emissions.

Tradebe and its partners operate 2 treatment centres, strategically located across the U.K. to minimise transportation times.  Technology operated includes: -

3. Thermal desorption (late 2007)
4. Waste sieving
5. Waste Fixation
6. Ultra filtration
7. Biological Treatment

Waste can be received in bulk tankers, skips, drums and IBC’s   Tradebe also operate a range of specialised containers for the collection of smaller quantities of oil contaminated solids.

Tradebe have extensive in-house analytical capabilities and have invested in specialist leaching simulation and total organic carbon testing equipment to meet the requirement of Waste Acceptance characterisation testing.
